Orders placed after 12.00 AM CET, Monday - Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed onย Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We manufacture all our lines in Portugal ad we deliver worldwide.

The delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the services requested. Generally the delivery time is 48 hours.

Is it possible to return an item ?

Yes you can return any item purchased on this website within 14 days from the delivery date.

What are the conditions for returning an item ?

Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging.

What is the procedure for returning an item ?

Fill out the contact form and wait for a response, we will answer as soon as possible. Print the confirmation and put it in box with the returned product. In case the confirmation is missing, processing time may be considerably prolonged.

Can international packages be returned ?

As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. However, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, please remember to keep a proof of dispatch.

We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in their original, unaltered and unwashed condition.
